Cashing in on Christmas gifts

With our gift certificate from Mr. and Mrs. Diley; James, Becca and I took ourselves to Bahama Breeze. Best thing we had was the Crab, Shrimp, Mango and Avacado Stack, just wish it came with more than two giant chips. Becca might argue that the yuca fries were better, but to each his own.

Breakfast

We came here on a gamble between classes one day. We had eaten at the restaurant that used to be at the same location and let's just say there is a reason it isn't there anymore. With only one hour we took the risk of being waited on, getting our food on time, the food's quality (knowing the history of the building) and getting back in time for class. The service was great, the food was fabulous (must have Madge's Hashbrown Casserole) and we got to enjoy our food and make it back in time for class. On top of that they don't serve stereotypical terrible diner coffee. 2 thumbs up.

Sushi

We've tried a lot of sushi but this one tops them all. Their dynamite roll is amazing. Best service and Sushi in Jacksonville hands down

Best Ribs In Town

I thought James was going to weep for joy when he first bit into these ribs. They are to die for! It doesn't look like much but appearances can be deceiving. Don't mind the fact that it's not in a strip mall, much larger than a gas station, or very much "west side" the food here makes up for everything it lacks cosmetically. Two thumbs up!

Introducing...

Inspired by the hit TV show man vs. food, we would like to take you with us as we try restaurants in the greater Jacksonville area, and any where else we happen to be eating. Hope you enjoy!
